After the cut-off we dispatch the next business morning. You will receive tracking the moment the courier collects plus photo proof of the sealed parcel in your inbox. If the courier scans indicate delays, our team opens a ticket before you even have to ask.

- Insurance is automatically added to orders valued above ZAR 2,500 and optional on smaller consignments.
- All shipments include photo documentation of contents, seals, and airway bills for dispute resolution.
- Customs values reflect true sale price; we do not under-declare parcels and provide HS codes for trading cards.
Need export assistance? We prepare SAD 500 forms, commercial invoices, and collector declarations for customs and keep digital copies on file for 5 years.
