Store & Operations
No, we currently operate exclusively as an online store. We do not have a physical location and we do not offer local pickup or in-person services at this time. All orders are handled online only. However, we may open a physical location in the future as we grow.
Join our Discord server! We prioritize our Discord community above all other communication channels. It's where you'll get the fastest support, receive early access to new features, participate in community events, and get real-time updates on new stock and special drops.
We use PayFast for secure payment processing, which supports multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and other South African payment options.
Card Grading
Card grading services are coming soon! We're planning to introduce professional card grading in the near future (subject to development). Join our Discord server to stay informed about launch dates, pricing, requirements, and early-access opportunities for grading services.

Orders & Shipping
No, we currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are delivered to South African addresses with full tracking provided.
Shipping times vary by location: Johannesburg & Gauteng (1-2 business days), Cape Town & Western Cape (2-3 business days), Other SA Provinces (3-5 business days). Orders placed before 14:00 SAST ship the same day.
A small platform fee is applied during checkout. This includes a small tip that helps support the ongoing maintenance and development of the website. It ensures we can continue improving the platform, adding new features, and providing you with the best possible experience.
Yes! All orders include full tracking information. You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address. You'll see real-time updates on your order status.
If you notice any issues with your order or shipment, please contact us immediately through Discord (recommended for fastest response) or email at support@altertcs.co.za. While we currently don't accept returns or exchanges, we're here to help resolve any legitimate order issues.
Returns & Refunds
At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we may introduce a return policy in the future as our services expand. We take extra care in our product photography, descriptions, and packaging to ensure you know exactly what you're getting.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through Discord or email with photos of the damage. While we don't have a formal return policy yet, we will work with you to find a fair resolution for legitimate shipping damage cases.

Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item shows as out of stock, join our Discord to get notified when similar items become available or when the product is restocked.
Yes, all cards are carefully inspected before listing and shipping. We provide accurate descriptions and clear photos showing condition. For graded cards, we sell items that have already been professionally graded by recognized grading companies.
